Trump’s EPA attacks clean water

Today, the Trump administration initiated the process to repeal the Landmark federal protections for smaller streams and wetland, limiting the scope of the Clean Water Act.

“Clean water is under attack by the The Trump administration, and so is the health of the American people,” said Lauren Pagel, Earthworks Policy Director. “Excluding some streams and wetlands from the Clean Water Act puts families living near mining, drilling and fracking at an even greater risk of pollution.”
