Thomas Darin and Travis Stills, 1/1/2002 In 2002, OGAP worked with the Wyoming Outdoor Council and the Land and Water Fund of the Rockies to produce a guide to oil and gas develompent on public lands. This guide is explains how decisions related to oil and gas development on public lands are made, and helps citizens better understand how they can become involved in the decision-making processes. It is a valuable resource for any citizen wanting to affect the way oil and gas develompent occurs on public lands.
