OGAP and 20 other organizations, including ranches, water users, environmental and citizen groups, conservancies and municipalities, crafted a framework for responsible oil and gas develompent in New Mexico.  The framework includes protecting surface owner rights, soil air and water, and wildlife habitat; and ensuring that any energy development that occurs is in the best interest of New Mexicans.
